Tissot's "Spring"

This painting, appropriately named "Spring", is by the French realist painter James Tissot. Tissot was friends with his more famous Impressionist counterparts - Degas, Monet, and Manet. And, though I love Impressionism, I really do enjoy Tissot's work, which often portrays fancily dressed women in beautiful surroundings. Doesn't Tissot's painting below, capture spring so very nicely?
