Now that it's March, I have spring flowers on my mind! And I don't think there's a flower that better encompasses March as the jonquil, it is, after all the "official" flower of March. Jonquils also go by the more common names narcissuses and daffodils. Did you know these bulbs belong to the Amaryllis family? I can't wait for my daffodils to start popping up in the garden. They are such a happy looking flower. Here are a few shots from my garden last year.
