{baked} honeycrisp apples

Happily, honeycrisp apples are back in season. I sliced one up and baked it at 225F for about an hour and a half (turning them once 1/2 way through). Their delicious fragrance filled our home - it was the lovely smell of early fall.  

just fruit - perfectly sweet and crisp!
