putting the ham in hamburger

A few years back I stumbled across a recipe in either Gourmet or Bon Appetit for pork burgers. They were served with sliced red onion, bbq sauce, and cole slaw - all right on the bun - and they were delicious! My husband and I recently recreated the recipe, and the end result was just as good as what we remembered.

red cabbage slaw and a side of fruit
salad with lots of fresh mint - yum!
